Quality Control

I was recently in Phuket (my first time ever!) and came across this gem by Patong beach.


The ISO 9001 certification must be a huge pulling point for customers.

Huge.

I hope you aren't making fun of the things that six sigma folks live for.

I feel empty, hollow and scared thinking how many hotels I have stayed in without proudly displayed ISO 9001 certification.
